Found it after looking past it several times... Like everyone else said the lid fell off while I was retreving it. I wish I had some super glue or electrical tape to patch it up for the next cacher, but I was all out maybe the next cacher can bring some along.

What Octane Salsa said. When I made the grab the cache the lid fell right off. Container is broken on one of the corners (at least that's how I remember it now)
