| Small brownish green lock-n-lock box in an obscure little park on the south side of Elliott Bay. PLEASE BRING A PEN/PENCIL. |
"Just Jack!" is located in a rather cool but obscure little park on the south shore of Elliott Bay(and you thought there was just containerized cargo and cruise ships there!). The park is named after Jack Block, a past member of the Port Authority. When we discovered it last spring, there were harbor seals (or similar) sunbathing on its shores. Who knows what else calls this park home or a resting point when traveling to other places. Oh, the views here of downtown Seattle are amazing. (In winter, cachers should bundle up for this one, the winds are harsh)
This cache should be wheelchair accessible, there are ramps everywhere. The park has a playground and picnic tables too.

After first heading the wrong way, I managed to find my way to the cache site. Found the cache today at 1:19 PM and swapped Geocoins. Thanks for the cache!
By the way, the cache container is broken, and the log book was damp.

This park has got to be one of the best kept secrets in Seattle. I worked with Jack back in the early 70s in Seattle so it was nice to see a park in his memory.
If you can find another day like today was, in Seattle, then take the whole family to this park have a big picnic and you don't have to worry about the kids disappearing into the water, there is no beach access.
It was an easy find once the Million muggle march was cleared out. TNLNSL TFTH I'll see if I can get a panorama picture posted a bit later a really great view of Seattle.

Wonderful park! Never knew it was there! TFTH!!

This one had me a little confused (silly GPS). It said it was out in the area not allowed way below and north. Solution to most GPS number issues...put it in your pocket, get it confused, then take it out and it will pick up new sats and then all of a sudden the numbers make sense! TFTH

Not much parking today. GPS location was a little off but still found it with GluesClues. TFTH!

Went with H for this one, the park was almost abandoned after the rain. H found this one. Neat park, turn out to be much bigger than I thought. TFTC

Was the only person in the park on this drizzly day. Took Lady Dragonfly travel bug to go on a journey with me later this month. Thanks!

We've always wanted to check this place out and it was definitely worth a stop. We stayed and explored the whole area. The cache was the last thing we did even though it was raining. The log book is still damp.
We left a Lady Dragonfly TB.

A quickie on the way in to work. I replaced some camo as this one was pretty much out in the open when I arrived. As stated before, the log is a little wet. I love this park, I live nearby, thanks for placing such a sizeable cache there!
Took King Travelcoin, Left Canadian $2 coin.
