Traveling TopHat has seen caches come and go in this park. I hope this one will last a while. Thanks for the hide.

Oops! Didn't realize this was one of those (imho, uh silly) MO caches (I don't normally go after them 'cuz I don't believe it makes a bit of sense for folks to restrict THEIR hides to only a select group of geocachers - whilst at the same time freely grabbing boxes put out by those they restrict. Nor do I agree that doing so protects the hides, yadayadayada) Ah but I digress...
Seriously - two words: NICELY DONE! (my most highest praise) for this, your first hide.

These types are near the top of my "favorite kind of cache" list. Tried to let my Mom be the finder but I snagged it and crowed before she spotted it.

There weren't any muggles this early in the morning. I like that hide. It's cool. Thanks SEATTLEWINTER.

Wrapping up my visit to the north with a few late night finds. Spotted this right off. A very worthy construction job.

I went right to GZ but then the gps started jumping around. Took longer then it should have but I was glad I stuck with it. I've wanted to see one of these. TFTH

Very cool micro! I love the bit of engineering you've done here.

One of the best micros I've ever found. My son found a skinny, thick piece of grass to retrieve the log. Great job!!

Quick find - logging took much longer than the find. There are a couple of tricks getting logs like this out (tweezers, or a very small twig stuck in the middle opening and used as a 'roller', for example). The issue for me, with 50+ year old eyes and fingers, is getting the doggone things rolled back up and positioned properly. Still, better dealing with those little things than passing up a cache! TFTC!

The find was easier than getting the log out of the cache. TFTH

Only scored the bronze medal this morning. However, it was a quick find with the log extraction process a bit more involved. Resorted to some makeshift tools in the truck and finally found something that would work. TFTC.

FTF Woohoo, on the way to work saw it pop up and had to go for the find so close to home. Sorry MIS, oddly I nearly called you for a co-FTF, but thought you might be sleeping. lol
Wow that is a small container and log. Had trouble getting that bad boy out at first. Nice Camo. TFTC.

I'm gonna get that LJKDH if it's the last thing I do! Well, missed the FTF, but it was sure an exciting morning jumping straight out of bed and running to try to get it. Guess I'll have to settle for STF this time... but ONLY this time... you hear me LJKDH? LOL
TFTC... pretty nice hide, especially for a first :-)
