The elves have moved to a new home located near a animal trail just a few feet away from a heavily used trail in a very interesting city park. It is not located near the home of the red fox. You will need to proceed further down the trail if you hope to see them.

Their old home was muggled twice. After careful consideration the decision was made to move a bit, hopefully to friendlier location.

You can count on the fact that satellites are at a premium in this area therefore we are providing some information to assist with your search.

No matter how convincing your GPS tries to be unless it tells you to stay on the right side of the trail as you proceed down the hill, ignore it.

The obvious animal trail will guide you to the general area. It will be necessary for a tall elf to get down on his knees while a slightly larger elf stands a few feet away to keep an eye out for muggles. This area is frequented by runners so be aware that they can sneek up on you within the blink of an elf's eye.

In order to maintain the integrity of the cache please use utmost stealth so that the casual passerby will not be aware of your quest.

Please be sure to replace the cache carefully so that no part is visible to the casual passerby. Thanks!

Enjoy!

What A&F said...I never did find the old Elf house; maybe it flew the coop! I want to email RDR and tell him that perhaps this cache doesn't hate him! I loved that log on the old cache page! TFTC

We seemed to be following in Forty-n-Eight's footsteps today. I was still toddling down the trail when Aviatrix22 ducked behind a tree and made the find. TFTH!!

My son and I found this one pretty quickly. A muggle came out of nowhere as we were filling out the log. Left a star safety light, took the Stewart/Colbert pin.

This one got us a little bit. We did not have the adjusted cords and so I looked it up then we were on the hunt again. Just as you said a jogger jogged by as I was signing the log lol. I lived in West Seattle for most my life and played in this park a lot so I know the park well and enjoyed returning to my childhood.

Yippe the elves are back. Quick find I agree with SH the coords are off a bit, perhaps the elves had to much grog when they took the readings. This one should last longer than the others. SL traded coins.

Even with my fancy new unit, satellites were poopy. After reading the description it took just a few moments to find it. Glad the Elves decided to come back to West Seattle. Peace, Nolenator
