A virtually unknown huge, beautiful park full of life right in the city. Wide paths, creeks, huge trees, lots of life.

This is plastic nut jar with a black lid. When the cache is first placed, it is loaded to the gills with swag. LOTS of foreign coins. Lots of puzzles and games. And ... about eight little koala bears (andrew is from australia).

There is a lot of tree canopy, so getting a good GPS fix could be difficult. There is a clearing, of sorts, nearby. But I want you to come to this particular spot more than anything else. So if you don't find the cache in the first few minutes, you can decrypt the spoiler below.

The cache is about five feet from the main trail. You won't be bushwhacking, but you may need to push a branch aside.

Left my printout at home, so was "paperless" today. DNF until came back down the trail and met TravelSister, who was about to grab the loot. So I'm still counting this as a "found it!" TNLNSL

We have been wanting to explore the park for quite a while and have never gotten around to it. The park was not quite what we were expecting. It was better. And the cache was packed with goodies. We spent some time playing with everything. Thanks.

Swapped TBs and grabbed one extra.

I pass this park all the time but had no idea where the trail goes. Now I know! Picked up Katrina coin, left small monkey and some foreign coins.

Coin drop. Came by with some friends who wanted to learn about caching. Did not see a TB, but maybe the person who picked it up hasn't had a chance to log it yet.

What a super park. You don't even know you're in the city while you're in there. We found the cache quickly and picked up a TB to move along. Thanks for the full size cache in a great location. Our favorite type of cache.

I was using my geosenses and looking in all the wrong spots - finally I wised up and looked at the GPSr and quickly found the cache. I was on a quick trip thru the park to grab the four caches, this was number two. I enjoyed the area quite a bit. Moun10Bike's trail maps sure helped. Thanks for the hunt.

Found it fairly easily even though my GPSr was going nutso. It was pretty visible, so I added a bit more cover when I replaced it. Took Alabama Roots AL28. SL TFTH!

Was doing a mapping survey of Fauntleroy Park for Moun10bikes trails project. Checked on cache, Everything looked good. Still surprised this one hasn't been muggled.
